At Our Setups, we want you to be fully satisfied with your new peripherals. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD (EU/EEA CUSTOMERS)

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, customers residing in the European Economic Area (EEA) have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

  • The 14-day period starts from the day you received your item.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product is in its original packaging (essential for peripherals like mice, keyboards, and headsets).

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • The item was not a "Final Sale" or personalized item.

3. RESTOCKING FEE

Please note that a restocking fee of 15% may be applied to returns of products that have been opened or show signs of use. This fee covers the cost of inspecting and re-testing electronic peripherals to ensure they meet our quality standards for resale. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

4. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you must contact us at oursetups26@gmail.com.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you specific instructions and the correct return address for our processing center.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. ### 5. DAMAGES AND ISSUES (WARRANTY) Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. As we specialize in electronic peripherals, we will prioritize cases of manufacturing defects.

6. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
