Thank you for choosing Our Setups. We strive to deliver the best setup utilities and gaming accessories to our customers across the United Kingdom and Europe. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Estimates & Rates

We offer shipping to the United Kingdom and Europe. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • United Kingdom: Estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 business days.

  • Europe (EU): Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or carrier issues beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier's portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Our Setups is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • UK Customers: Orders may be subject to VAT and customs duties upon entry into the UK.

  • EU Customers: Orders are subject to local VAT and import regulations.

5. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include photos of the damage in your email.

6. Lost Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at oursetups26@gmail.com within 5 days so we can assist you in reaching out to the carrier.
